Love Shot

Love Shot (愛の快針, Ai no Kaishin^?, "Love's Delightful Sting") is a healing base arte exclusive to Raven from Tales of Vesperia.

Arte Description and History

Raven shoots a glowing blue arrow, which comically appears to be similar in shape to a syringe, to restore health to individual allies when it hits. In Tales of Vesperia, the amount of arrows increase at 100 and 200, to a maximum of three arrows. It is useful as it is the only arte in the game that will heal over a distance without a need for casting time, and it can be used to consecutively heal multiple times. The healing priority also gives insight into Raven's nature: he prioritizes healing women over healing Repede, followed by the men in the battle party, and then finally himself. In most other games, this arte stays at its first stage and heals only one ally.

In Tales of Crestoria, this arte instead heals a moderate amount of HP to all party members instead of being single target.
