Ice Needles (アイスニードル Aisuniidoru?, "Ice Needle"), also localized as Ice Arrows and Ice Needle, is a recurring novice-tier Ice-elemental spell in the Tales series.
Arte Description and History
When this spell is used, three arrows made of ice are created and shot at the targeted enemy. Depending on which game it appears in, the ice arrows will either appear above the user or the enemy. The size of the arrows can range in size from thin, truly needle-like to almost the size of spires. In Tales of Legendia, this spell appears in Will Raynard's arsenal of Crystal Eres, localized under the name Ice Arrows, though when used by enemy monsters, the spell's name appears as the original Ice Needle.
In Tales of Asteria, Meredy uses this animation when getting a "GOOD!"
