Venom

Venom is a steroid drug primarily used by Bane.

Overview

Venom is known to turn its users into hulking terrors, making them wildly enraged.

History

At some point, Bane used the venom, becoming an enemy of Batman in the process. The drug was later taken and stored in the Batcave, where it was stolen by "Circe Sionis" and given to Roman Sionis.^[1]

Roman used the venom on Russell Tavaroff in conjunction with Snakebite.^[2]

• In the DC comics, Venom is a highly addictive steroid used by Bane with the ability to bestow the user unbridled super-strength and rage. It debuted in Batman: Legends of the Dark Knight #16 (March, 1991).
