R. James (born October 3, 2003) was a resident of Freeland with sonic abilities that was apprehended by the A.S.A..
Biography
On December 11, 2018, the ASA captured him and placed him in The Pit to test him and his sound manipulation powers.[1]

- Meta-human physiology: R. James presumably got powers from taking Green Light, like several other teens in Freeland.
- Sound manipulation: According to his ASA file, his power is being able to amplify or nullify sound in a particular range.
