An unnamed individual, referred to only as "psycho", is a criminal who was defeated by the Arrow shortly after the Siege of Starling City.
Biography
The individual became active as a criminal some time after the Starling City Siege. The Arrow fought them with an unknown outcome, though was spared by the vigilante.[1]

- Expert hand-to-hand combatant: "Psycho" was able to fight the Arrow with relative ease, despite using minimal equipment.[1]

- This character, while only referred to as "psycho" in the comic book, is notable for visually being based on Onomatopoeia, a DC Comics villain created by Kevin Smith with a particular animosity towards Oliver Queen.
- Onomatopoeia was originally going to appear in "Home Invasion" under that name, but was changed to an original character Mr. Blank because Onomatopoeia was deemed unadaptable due to several aspects.
