Keith David Williams (born June 4, 1956) is an American actor, voice actor, comedian and singer. He has voiced Solovar in The Flash.

- Keith David previously voiced Despero in the "Hearts and Minds" episode of the Justice League animated series. The character was later voiced in Batman The Brave and the Bold by Kevin Michael Richardson. Other DC productions David took part in included:
