Jessie Vance[1] was a member of the U.S. Army, serving in the Supermen of America under Lieutenant General Mitch Anderson. Jessie was also the daughter of Sandra Vance. She was killed by Superman's Inverse World counterpart during her last mission.
Biography
Early life
At some point, Jessie was born to Sandra Vance. For unknown reasons, she acquired powers similar to Kryptonian abilities and became a member of the Supermen of America, along with Tag Harris and an unnamed boy.[1]
Supermen of America
When earthquakes occurred in Smallville, Jessie and the boy went to help the citizens on Shuster Mines, and they found Superman. Then they returned to the DOD on Mitch Anderson's orders.[2] She also assisted in taking down Phillip Karnowsky when Superman couldn't.[3]
Death

Jessie and the Supermen of America went to Salar de Uyuni in Bolivia to try to stop Superman's Inverse World counterpart, but Jessie and the unnamed boy were killed.[4]
Legacy

Jessie had a funeral along with her team member, being honored by the army. Her mother Sandra blamed Mitch Anderson for her death.[1]

- Meta-human physiology: For unknown reasons, Jessie's DNA was altered, gaining powers similar to Superman and turning her into a meta-human.[2]

- Superhuman speed: Jessie had superhuman speed, which she used to get in and out of Shuster Mines and get to the DOD, as well as getting to Bolivia quickly.[2][4]
