Cheetah is an inmate at the A.R.G.U.S. prison in Central City.
Biography
While Barry Allen and Leonard Snart were searching through A.R.G.U.S. headquarters for the Dominators' power source, they passed by Cheetah's cell, along with Carrie Cutter's and Grodd's, and Barry noted that the area must have been where Amanda Waller kept the members of her Suicide Squad.[1]

- In the DC Comics, Barbara Ann Minerva, alias Cheetah, is the archenemy of Wonder Woman. She has feline characteristics and gets her powers from Urzkartaga, the Plant God. Cheetah has also fought the Flash several times in the comics.
