Dr. Aleister Hook was a doctor who worked for Intergang. His main task was to find a cure for cancer; so Bruno Mannheim can cure his wife Peia Mannheim. After Peia died and Bruno was defeated, Hook was murdered by Otis Grisham on Lex Luthor's orders.
Biography
Working for Intergang
At some point, Hook would start working for Intergang in a underground lab. Years later, Hook would be instructed by Bruno Mannheim to resurrect Henry Miller by injecting him with a mysterious drug, successfully doing so much to Hook's suprise.[1]
However the drug would only temporarily work before it started to make Henry unstable. This forced Hook to inject him with a chemical causing Henry to flatline. He would then be asked to leave by an unnamed individual in order for them to tell Mannheim that John Henry Irons was alive.[2]
A week later, Dr. Hook would meet with Elias Orr in the underground lab to discuss the situation about Henry Miller, with Hook stating that they had reached the limit with Miller. Elias would then order Hook to search for a new test subject.[3]
Death
After several weeks of trying to cure Bruno’s wife, her powers became uncontrollable and destroyed the whole lab. Not long after, Lex Luthor’s right hand man Otis tracked Hook down and killed him. He took his broken and bloody glasses back to Lex as a sign to him that he was dead.
