Thunder is a white, non-Mobian Streaking Pasha native to Angel Island. Thunder served as a steed to Julie-Su and Tobor during the events leading up to the Guardian's imprisonment in the Twilight Zone with Kragok. Julie-Su later used Thunder again to take Espio the Chameleon to his home in Rainbow Valley where Valdez was waiting for him. (KtE: #17, #30)
