Blend S (ブレンド・S, Burendo Esu) or BLEND S/Blend-S is a Japanese manga that was adapted into an anime by A-1 Pictures in October 2017.
Plot
Maika Sakuranomiya, by nature, is a high school girl who has trouble finding a part-time job because of how scary she looks when smiling. However, she is scouted one day by an Italian café manager, where its waitresses have to act according to their "attributes", such as tsundere and younger sister. Maika is given a sadist trait because of her looks and has to adopt a dominant and cruel persona when servicing customers, particularly masochist ones.
