Naboo

Naboo is a location that appears in the Angry Birds Star Wars series. It is a planet located in the Naboo system of the Mid Rim of the Star Wars Galaxy. Naboo has three moons named Onoam, Veruna and Ohma-D'un and its star system also contains the planets Moth, Erep, Widow, Storm and Behpour.

Description

Naboo is a large planet that resembles the earth. Most of its surface is represented with aquamarine tones because of those parts being covered in water. On the other hand, landmasses are represented with light green colors. However, most of the planet is covered in very large clouds.

Naboo is a relatively peaceful planet with no traces of pollution at all. The earliest civilizations inhabiting the planet built many stone statues that are shaped like birds.^[1] So far, it has been shown that the planet has large, green fields and tall mountains. There are also at least two city on Naboo, a land city named Theed, and the underwater city of Otoh Gunga, as well as the aforementioned statues that have been kept in the years that followed.

Past

Generations ago, an ancient civilization inhabited Naboo, building many stone statues with the form of birds.^[1]

In the recent past, Naboo fell into the ruling of the Pork Side and its leader, Darth Sidious. To assure his administration over the planet, Sidious built the Pork Federation Spaceship.^[1]

Angry Birds Star Wars II

In Angry Birds Star Wars II, aboard the Pork Federation Spaceship, Qui-Gon Jinn and Obi-Wan Kenobi tried to fight the Pork Side, though they were forced to use a ship to escape to Naboo, where they destroyed some hordes of Battle Droids with the help of Yoda. After freeing Jar Jar Binks, Captain Panaka, and Padmé Amidala, who were kidnapped by the Pork Side, the group attempted to destroy the Pork Federation Spaceship, though the failure of this attack damaged their ship, forcing them to leave Naboo and escape to Tatooine.

A while later, after having fixed their ship and having a new ally, Anakin Skywalker, the Bird Side went to Naboo once again to defeat the remaining hordes of Battle Droids. Meanwhile, Darth Maul, Count Dooku and Zam Wesell attacked a city on Naboo. Some time later, the Bird Side went to space and destroyed the Pork Federation Spaceship, thus freeing Naboo from the Pork Side. In the meantime however, Darth Maul managed to kill Qui-Gon after a lightsaber duel against him and Obi Wan. Maul left laughing maniacally as Kenobi cried over his friend's death.
