Shields

Overview

Shields is a small room located at the far southeastern corner on The Skeld near Navigation and Communications, and contains several lamps with lights at the edges. In addition, a vent is located near the Prime Shields panel, which connects to the southern vent in Navigation. If the lights in the bottom right corner outside the ship are lit, it means at least one Crewmate has completed the Prime Shields visual task. The Prime Shields panel is on the bottom-left corner of the room, while the Divert Power panel is on the top-right. There are two exits, both leading to hallways: the upper hallway, which connects it, Navigation, O2 and Weapons, and the left hallway, which connects it, Communications and Storage.

There is one vent in Shields, next to the Prime Shields panel, that leads to Navigation and the northern hallway leading to Navigation.

Trivia

• Shields doesn't have an equivalent in any other map. However, Admin on MIRA HQ contains both a vent, a Prime Shields panel and a Divert Power panel.
• A crewmate is able to do Prime Shields on the opposite side of the wall, but only in a specific location.
