Season 4
Sydney and Vaughn were sent by APO to infiltrate the October Contingent in Moscow (Welcome to Liberty Village).
Season 5
Sydney, Tom, Dixon and Rachel go to Moscow to rescue Will from Anna Espinosa. In a fight between Anna and Sydney, Anna cuts Sydney's arm so Prophet Five can copy her DNA. Anna was then made to look like Sydney outwardly (source needed).
