Summary
The OVA closely aligns with chapter 0, with some minor changes. It gives insight on what happened before the incident, with Shinya asking Yūsuke about his class notes from college. Yūsuke tells him that he'll give them to him after lectures. Later on, Shinya gets invited to a birthday party, but is reluctant to attend due to his meeting with Yūsuke. His colleagues tease him about having a date with him and insist on him to go. Shinya writes a message to Yūsuke, apologizing to him that he couldn't come because of a cold. He later on is seen getting ready in his home and the events of chapter 0 shortly follow.
Trivia
- Some characters are introduced that weren't in the manga, an example being a girl called Emi.
- In the manga, the tissues that Yūsuke gave to Shinya had a Fashion Health advertisement, but in the anime, they were replaced with a Grand Pharmaceutical ad instead.
