Yan Xi (嫣汐) was a vocalist for AISingers released on April 14, 2020. She received a 2.0 version update on November 26, 2022. She is the mascot for the MUTA software.
Her voice is provided by Cheryl.
Concept
Etymology
Yan Xi's surname, 嫣 (Yan), means "captivating" or "beautiful". Her first name, 汐 (Xi), is a compound of the semantic 氵 (water) and 夕 (evening). It means "Evening tides". Together, her name means "Beautiful evening tides.

Yan Xi is described as lively and optimistic, persistent in pursuing her dreams and never giving up.
Backstory
According to a Bilibili post from Yan Xi's channel, she lost her memory, and Yan Chang Se was the first song she sang after she lost it.[1]
History
Yan Xi was the first vocalist for the software MUTA, and the mascot. She received two versions for the two iterations of MUTA, and is the only voice supported by the MUTA speech engine. It's likely that the technology from the MUTA speech editor will be incorporated into the upcoming speech feature of AISingers. You can also use her AISingers voicebank in AISingers Web.
The MUTA 3.0 voicebank that was in development seems to have been repurposed for Yan Xi's AISingers version.
Yan Xi had a live performance at BILIBILI MACRO LINK 2017. She was supposed to preform at Bilibili Macro Link 2019, but the MUTA segment was cancelled.
On April 24, 2016, the album Yan Xi was released to the public including different Yan Xi songs from her MUTA era.
In 2019, Yan Xi was added to DS AI Lab.
