Kaji "Crazy Mask" Seigou was known bySimca as a highly skilled A.T. rider with a level to match that of a king's; able to take on 38 members of an opposing team all at once. Later Simca told Sano that Kaji was beaten by the Sleeping Forest and his mask was torn off along with skin of his face. His Road is known as the Blitzin' Road.
