Background
Simon Chaban trained in rich circus traditions (overall circus techniques & acrobatic skills) with Russian acrobats from the Moscow circus for 10 years. He has played drums & percussion, including Japanese taiko drumming with Grand Master Tanaka. His other experiences are in theatre, physical comedy, dance, juggling, & martial arts. Simon also develops choreographies.
Simon has trained Reese Witherspoon & Christoph Waltz for Water for Elephants, was an acrobat for The Muppets movie, shot a Superbowl commercial for CHEVY, & worked in live theatrical circus with Cirque Productions, Troupe Vertigo, Circus Monti European Tour, Earth Circus & Velocity Circus. Audition
Simon Chaban's audition in Episode 408 consisted of performing a blackpip, flipping while wielding a pole with flaming ends, and holding the pole with his feet. Piers Morgan and David Hasselhoff both buzzed the act. Sharon Osbourne and David both voted "Yes", sending Simon to the Vegas Round.
Vegas Round
It is unknown whether or not Simon Chaban was present during the Vegas Round as he was never seen, but even if he was, he did not advance to the Quarterfinals.
