Jason Andrews's audition in Episode 502 consisted of placing his assistant into a small box and then sticking swords into it with his assistant still inside. Piers Morgan, Sharon Osbourne, and Howie Mandel all buzzed the act. All three judges voted "No," eliminating Jason from the competition.

Jason Andrews appeared on Season 4 of Penn & Teller: Fool Us. He did not fool the duo.
