Jack Vidgen's Preliminary performance in Episode TC201 consisted of singing "You Say" by Lauren Daigle. Alesha Dixon and Heidi Klum gave him standing ovations. Jack finished in 3rd, 4th or 5th place in the Superfan Vote. In the Judges' Choice, he received only one vote from Simon Cowell, eliminating him from the competition along with Junior Creative instead of Hans.
After the Show
Jack competed in Australia Decides, the selection to choose the Australian representative at the 2020 Eurovision Song Contest. He finished in 8th place with his song "I Am King, I Am Queen". He served as a member of the Australian jury for the 2021 Eurovision contest in Rotterdam.
He also participated in the third season of the Australian version of The Masked Singer. He was unmasked as the Kebab, finishing in 4th place.
