The Star Balloon is a common toy in Adopt Me! that can be purchased in the Toy Shop for 
120 or obtained through trading. New players can also obtain it by completing special tasks on the Task Board on the second day of joining the game.
Appearance
The Star Balloon features a star-shaped balloon with a thin white string attached to the bottom of it. The star is color-customizable upon purchase, but this choice is final and cannot be changed after. However, the Star Balloon received from the Task Board is yellow by default; its color cannot be chosen.
Usage
The Star Balloon allows a player to jump higher when equipped.
