Season one of 7th Heaven—an American family-drama television series, created and produced by Brenda Hampton premiered on August 26, 1996 on The WB, and concluded on May 19, 1997 (22 episodes). This season deals with drugs, death, car accidents, alcoholism, parent neglection, harassment as well as adoption. It is centered around the Camden family whose father is a minister and they all have to deal with their own personal problems.
